Mind-Body Synergy

Optimal health can not be attained without synergy between the human mind and body.

Synergy, in general, may be defined as two or more agents working together to produce a result not obtainable by any of the agents independently. Synergy is the ability of group to outperform even its best individual member.

In the context of optimal health, it is the view that mental wellness and physical fitness are inferior by themselves when compared to the benefits you receive when you combine them.  We have seen healthy bodies deteriorate from the effects of a polluted mind. We have seen brilliant and vibrant minds crippled by an ill body. One without the other will leave you in a vulnerable state of health.

This section aims to stimulate your mind and help you flex your brain for fitness. The staff at Flex4Fitness will shed light on the relationship between the human mind and body.

Happier people are healthier people. Healthier people are happier people. It’s quite simple.
